CURRENCY EXCHANGE PROCESS
The time nodes of Aotang's service process are based on Beijing time, and it will normally reach the designated account within 24 to 48 hours, excluding holidays.
No matter where you are, we can provide customers with the most convenient and efficient exchange services.
For first time foreign exchange customers, please fill in the online customer form and contact customer service.
11am
Confirm the reserved amount and provide the exchange rate for the day.
Before 12 noon
Confirm and lock in the exchange rate. The guest provides the payee and payer's identities and account information.
Before 3pm
Arrange the disbursement account information according to the specific time, valid only for the day.
Before 4pm
Client finish transferring and provide remitting evidence photo
Before 5pm
We check and confirm the receiving amount
Before 6pm
We transfer the remitting amount to client with remittance photo
