Exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations and may change without notice. The rate applied to your transaction will be shown before you confirm the transfer. Once confirmed, the rate is fixed and will not be changed.

Limits may vary depending on the customer verification status and regulatory requirements.

We are required by law to verify your identity and monitor transactions under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.

You agree to provide all information we reasonably request for identity verification and transaction monitoring. We may suspend or delay transactions until verification is completed.

Transactions that have been successfully paid out to the recipient cannot be cancelled or refunded.
